Tyson
Since his first appearance in the German jungle scene back in 1995 Tyson has
been steadily hammering away on his musical career. Soon after he moved from Düsseldorf, Germany to Arnhem, The Netherlands in 1997 he started FORMS, which is now the longest running and most vibrant monthly dnb night in Holland. Through his studies multimedia and graphic design and his dedication to the
music the FORMS concept was born. Slowly but surely the concept evolved into
a much wider platform for music and the arts. Tyson contributes DJ mixes to WPS1 - the online multimedia platform of the Modern Art Museum in New York.
Tyson played at every major venue & festivals in the Netherlands and performs throughout Europe and the US regularly. His deejay bookings have taken him to
cities in North America (Respect, Konkrete Jungle, Direct Drive< Camouflage),
Engand (Therapy Sessions, SuddenDef Events), Israel, Austria, Turkey, Spain,
Germany, Belgium, Slovakia and Italy.
Tyson’s style is mixing heavy bass lines with force, rollin’ through with his tight
mixing skills and diversity in his choice of records. Mostly joined by Dapper MC
and live drummer Bradly Dunn.
